Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or ArtiakCloud services, what we use it for and what rights you have over it.

1. Who is responsible

ARTIAKCLOUD SERVICES, INC (“ArtiakCloud”). For any question about your data, write to support@artiakcloud.com.

2. This public website

This informational website does not collect personal data and uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools. It only stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser.

If you subscribe to our updates, we send your email address and the page language to our servers so we can write to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Information we process in the client panel

Data you give us directly when you register, place an order, open a ticket or write to us:

  • Identity: full name, username and profile photo, if you add one.
  • Contact: email address, phone number and messaging handles.
  • Billing: the cryptocurrency wallet address you pay from. We do not collect card or bank account data.
  • Communications: the content of your emails, tickets and conversations with us.
  • Service configuration: domain names, server configurations and preferences tied to your account.

Data collected automatically while you use the panel:

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited and timestamps.
  • Device: device type, screen resolution and language.
  • Cookies: session identifiers, preferences and analytics. See the cookies policy for details.

Third-party data. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email and profile picture according to that platform’s privacy settings. We never receive your password.

4. What we use your data for

  • Provide the service: create and manage hosting accounts, servers, domains and the related infrastructure.
  • Process payments: verify and record cryptocurrency payments (USDC (BEP20)).
  • Communicate with you: service notices, invoices, renewal reminders and support replies.
  • Protect the platform: detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with the law: respond to legitimate requests from authorities.
  • Improve the platform: analyze aggregated usage data to improve stability and performance.
  • News and promotions: only if you have given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Contract performance: we need your data to provide the service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, network security and platform improvement, as long as your rights do not override them.
  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to process certain data.
  • Consent: for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it in these cases:

  • Service providers: data centers, email delivery platforms, cryptocurrency payment processors and analytics tools, which process data only on our behalf and under data processing agreements.
  • Domain registries: the registrant’s contact details are sent to ICANN-accredited registries, as registration rules require (including WHOIS obligations).
  • Corporate transactions: in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, provided the acquirer honors this policy.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, a court order or an authority, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ArtiakCloud, our customers or others.

7. How long we keep data

Account data While the account is active and up to 5 years after closure, for legal and audit purposes.
Transaction records At least 7 years, to meet accounting record-keeping obligations.
Support communications 3 years from resolution.
Server logs 90 days; then automatically deleted.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction:

  • TLS 1.2/1.3 encryption for all communications.
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data stores.
  • Role-based access control and multi-factor authentication for internal systems.
  • Regular security assessments.
  • Strict onboarding processes for third-party providers.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a breach creates a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as applicable law requires.

9. Cookies

We use cookies in the client panel. You will find the details, with each cookie’s name and duration, in the cookies policy.

10. International transfers

ArtiakCloud operates globally. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to countries with a different level of protection than your own. In those cases we use approved mechanisms, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you can:

  • Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data when there is no legitimate reason to keep processing it.
  • Restrict processing in certain cases.
  • Port your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@artiakcloud.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity before handling the request.

12. Children

Our services are not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend reading their policies. This policy only applies to information collected by ArtiakCloud.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, in the law or in our services. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or with a prominent notice in the panel.
