This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, why, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They help the site work properly, remember your preferences and give the site owner information. They are not programs and cannot carry viruses. They can only be read by the site that set them.
2. This public website
This informational website does not use cookies. It only stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Client panel cookies
The client panel uses the cookies below. All are first-party: ArtiakCloud sets them and only we can read them.

Always active; the panel does not work without them. They do not require consent.

4. Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for the period stated for each one.
5. How to manage them
You can block all cookies, accept only first-party cookies or be notified whenever one is set from your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data.
If you disable strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use most panel features. If you disable preference cookies, your settings, such as dark mode, will not be remembered between visits. Disabling analytics cookies does not affect how the panel works.
6. Consent
The first time you enter the panel we tell you about non-essential cookies. If you keep browsing or click “Accept”, you consent to analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if the cookies we use change. We will update the date on this page and, if we start using third-party cookies, we will say so before setting them.
